Delivery & Shipping

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 business days. For metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai), delivery usually takes 3–5 days.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 have a ₹49 shipping charge.

Q: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
A: Yes, COD is available on all serviceable pincodes. A ₹30 extra handling charge applies to COD orders.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is placed, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order by logging into your account.


Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 7-day return policy. You can raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

Q: Which products are non-returnable?
A: Innerwear, swimwear, and sale items are non-returnable. All other products are eligible for return.

Q: How long does it take to get a refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after return pickup and sent to your original payment method. UPI/Wallet refunds are usually completed within 24–48 hours.


Size & Product

Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Every product page includes a Size Guide. Measure your chest, waist, and hips, then compare them with the size chart.

Q: Is product quality guaranteed?
A: Yes! All products go through quality checks before shipping. If you receive a defective product, we offer a free replacement.


Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay), and Cash on Delivery.

Q: Are payments secure?
A: Yes, all payments are SSL encrypted and processed through Razorpay, an RBI-compliant payment gateway.
