Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after placement (business days only).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
How to Track Your Order
Once your order is dispatched:
- You will receive a tracking number via email and SMS
- Click the tracking link to check your order status in real time
- Or log in to your Lusis account and go to My Orders
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for all major serviceable pincodes.
- COD orders include an extra ₹30 handling charge
- Maximum COD order value: ₹3,000
Please keep the payment ready at the time of delivery, as delivery agents may not always carry change.
If Your Package Is Not Delivered
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
- Check with your neighbors or building security first
- If you still cannot find it after 24 hours, contact us
- Our team will investigate within 48 hours
- If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a free re-shipment or a full refund
Received a Damaged Package?
If your package arrives in damaged condition:
- Take clear photos at the time of delivery (before opening the package, if possible)
- Report it to support@lusis.in within 48 hours with the photos attached
- A free replacement or full refund is guaranteed
