At Lusis, we want you to be 100% satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, here is our simple return policy.
Return Window
You can raise a return request within 7 days of delivery. Returns will not be accepted after 7 days.
Eligible for Return
Products must meet the following conditions:
- Product must be unused and unwashed
- Original tags must be attached
- Product must be in its original packaging
- Receipt or order confirmation must be available
Not Eligible for Return
The following products cannot be returned:
- Innerwear and undergarments
- Swimwear
- Sale or discounted items (more than 50% off)
- Used or washed products
- Products with removed tags
How to Return — Step by Step
Step 1:
Email us at support@lusis.in with your order number and reason for return
(Within 7 days of delivery)
Step 2:
Our team will schedule a pickup within 24 hours
(1 business day)
Step 3:
The courier partner will collect the product — please keep it properly packed
(1–3 business days)
Step 4:
The product will go through a quality check at our warehouse
(2–3 business days)
Step 5:
Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
(5–7 business days)
Refund Methods
- UPI / Wallet → Refund to the same UPI/Wallet (24–48 hours)
- Credit / Debit Card → Refund to the same card (5–7 business days)
- Net Banking → Refund to the same bank account (5–7 business days)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) → Refund via bank transfer (NEFT) (7–10 business days)
Received a Damaged or Wrong Product?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
In such cases:
- Free replacement will be provided at no extra cost
- Or a full refund will be issued (your choice)
- Return shipping charges will be covered by us
Please take clear photos of the product at the time of delivery and attach them in your email. This helps us process your request faster.
Exchange Policy
Size exchanges are available, subject to stock availability.
The same 7-day return window applies for exchanges.
